You need to unlock FTP and get the password

• Go here for control panel: https://customer.heartinternet.uk/manage/
  • Email: matt_morris_zz@yahoo.co.uk
  • Password: newHI!
• Click on "Manage Web Hosting"
• Click the Button "Access Extend"
• Click on "Additional FTP Accounts"
• Look at the row in "Modify an FTP Account" with username starting "morrism"
  • To unlock for FTP updates, click "Unlock" and select desired duration
  • To get the password, mouse over "Password" column, can copy/paste

Then in your FTP client

• Host: ftp.swlcs.org.uk
• User: morrism@swlcs.org.uk
• Password: as above

May have changed on upgrade:

"Your files have been copied automatically to a higher-spec server, so from now on your FTP address is ftp45.extendcp.co.uk and your web server temporary address is web7.extendcp.co.uk/swlcs.org.uk."

At this point you can do whatever you want!

Current Setup:

• Provider: Heart Internet
• Package: Home Professional (Monthly) - see here: https://www.heartinternet.uk/web-hosting/windows-hosting
• Registration of the www.swlcs.org.uk name is paid on a 2 year basis, at £9 a year. Most recent was 12Jun2020.
• Hosting is paid monthly, at £11 a month, roughly the 8th day.
